Our take

Estimioo is a planning-poker tool with a competent retro attached, and a live board confirms the retro side is no afterthought: 42 one-click formats, a 2–25 minute session timer, per-card upvoting, 340+ synced icebreakers, twelve ambient and music tracks, 16 floating emoji reactions, and a Claude summary returning mood, themes and ranked actions you can push onto the board in one click. The whole UI ships in five languages. At $7 flat for the entire workspace, that is real value.

The gaps are structural, and the shipped card schema settles them: a card holds an author name, an avatar, an order and a vote list — nothing else. There is no anonymity toggle anywhere in the product, so "write independently" buys anti-anchoring, not psychological safety. Dragging a card reorders it or moves it between columns; it never merges two, so there is no grouping. No vote budget, no owners or due dates, no carry-over, no recurrence. Team Health Check and Working Agreements are column presets, not scored assessments. Slack and Teams are clipboard buttons, and Jira is estimation-only despite the retro page implying otherwise.

Buy it for cheap estimation with a real retro attached — not for a retro practice that needs anonymity, grouping or follow-through.
