Sprintlio

Slack/Jira retro accountability — app no longer responds

Overall score
2.7

Likely abandoned — not recommended

Checked 2026-08-03: the Sprintlio app host retro.sprintlio.com returns a Cloudflare 520 (origin unreachable) on every path tried, from two separate vantage points, and the Internet Archive holds no capture of it since 2023-03-22. The marketing site at sprintlio.com still loads but its RSS lastBuildDate is 2023-05-02, its newest blog post is from September 2020, it now carries a noindex, nofollow meta tag, and it has no sign-up, log-in, pricing or contact link. The domain is registered only until 2026-09-14. Capterra still lists $50/user/mo with a free trial and free version; none of it is obtainable.

Overview

Sprintlio was a retrospective tool built around action follow-through — Slack and Jira flows so action items didn't die on a board once the meeting ended. As of 3 August 2026 the product looks gone: the app host returns a Cloudflare 520 error, the marketing site was last built in May 2023 and now tells search engines not to index it, and there is no sign-up, log-in or pricing link anywhere on it.

Best for: Nobody today — the app doesn't load. This entry exists for people who find the name in an old comparison, a stale directory listing or a procurement spreadsheet and need to know what happened to it.

How Sprintlio describes itself

Sprintlio pitched itself as the retrospective tool that closed the loop between the meeting and the work — elevate discussion, automate accountability, track team health — and leaned hard on enterprise logos (American Airlines, Deloitte, BMW, Volkswagen, Lufthansa) to make the case.

"Agile retrospectives for healthier teams. Powering sprint retrospectives for thousands of teams."

All of that is still on the homepage, in the present tense, under a 2023 copyright. What is not there: a pricing page, a sign-up link, a log-in link, or any way to contact the company. The page also carries a noindex, nofollow meta tag — the vendor has asked search engines to drop its own marketing site. Read as a pitch, it's a 2023 snapshot nobody is maintaining.

Our take

Don't shortlist this one — you can't run a retro in it. On 3 August 2026 the app host, retro.sprintlio.com, returned a Cloudflare 520 (origin unreachable) on every path we tried, from two vantage points: the DNS record is still there, the server behind it isn't. The Internet Archive has no capture of that host since 22 March 2023. The marketing site does still load, but its RSS feed dates the last build to 2 May 2023 and the newest blog post to September 2020 — and it carries no sign-up or log-in link anyway.

The original idea deserved better. Most retro tools treat action items as a write-only field; Sprintlio pushed them into the Jira backlog with owners and due dates, then chased them in Slack — precisely where retro follow-through usually dies. For a Slack-and-Jira team in 2020 it was a sensible narrow pick.

The directories haven't caught up: Capterra still advertises $50/user/month with a free trial and a free version for a product with no working sign-up.

Treat this as a headstone, not a candidate. The domain is paid up only to 14 September 2026.

Pros

  • + Action items pushed into the Jira backlog with owners and due dates, then chased in Slack — follow-through was the product's reason for being
  • + Slack-native flows: recaps, due-date reminders and notifications delivered into the channel
  • + Narrow and focused — a retro tool, not a retro module bolted onto an all-in-one suite

Cons

  • The app host (retro.sprintlio.com) returns a Cloudflare 520 — the product did not load on any path, from either vantage point, when checked 2026-08-03
  • Marketing site last built 2 May 2023, newest blog post September 2020, and it now carries a noindex, nofollow tag — the vendor has de-indexed its own site
  • No sign-up, log-in, pricing or contact link anywhere on the site: there is no way to become a customer, or to reach the vendor and ask
  • Capterra and other directories still present it as available at $50/user/mo with a free trial — none of that is obtainable
  • Even as it stood in 2023 the surface was thin: no AI, no structured health-check model, no cross-team reporting, and Jira and Slack were the only integrations
